Safety injection nozzle qualification: A finite element evaluation of the structure was performed using the ANSYS code. A complete ASME B&PV Code evaluation was performed for a customer, including the delivery of a stress report. A finite element model is shown in the image at left.

Layout and design of piping for transfer of waste from underground storage tanks: The design encompasses the use of 3D modeling techniques as well as qualification of piping and supports to perform the waste transfer using NuVision Engineering's Power Fluidics™ technology. An image of the 3D solid model is shown below.
