Van Walker is the President and CEO of NuVision Engineering, Inc. Prior to joining NuVision Engineering in 1994, he held increasing positions of management responsibility in manufacturing, engineering, projects and marketing during a 17-year career with Westinghouse Electric Company. Currently, Van resides in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is responsible for all of the NuVision Engineering, Inc. business locations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mooresville, North Carolina, Herndon, Virginia, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and Richland, Washington.

Laurie Judd, Vice President, Federal Programs - judd@nuvisioneng.com
Laurie Judd has been employed by NuVision Engineering for nearly 16 years. He currently holds the position of Vice President, Federal Programs with NuVision Engineering, Inc. Within this role, Dr Judd is responsible for the development and overall management of NuVision Engineering's contracts with the Federal Government and, in particular, with the US Dept of Energy and the US Dept of Defense. Prior to relocating to the USA in May 1994, Dr. Judd held positions as 'Manager, US/UK Programs' and 'Business Development Manager, European Aerospace' within AEA Technology.
Before joining NuVision Engineering, Inc. in 1988, Dr Judd earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry (First Class with Honors) and his PhD (Inorganic Chemistry) from the University of Warwick in Coventry, UK and then spent a year as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory at the University of Oxford.

Martin Williams, Vice President, Advanced Process Systems - williams@nuvisioneng.com
Martin leads the engineering and operations team for the Advanced Process Systems Group, which includes environmental remediation and radioactive waste management projects incorporating Power FluidicsTM , ModuloxTM and other technologies. He is a Chartered Engineer and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in industry including the design, construction and operation of nuclear plant, facilities and infrastructure, nuclear facility decommissioning and waste management operations.
Martin graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 1981, and joined NuVision Engineering, Inc. in 1986 after several years in building and construction in the UK and Middle East. In NuVision Engineering, Inc. he took responsibility for the management of civil, structural and HVAC engineering on nuclear projects before moving on to management of multi-disciplinary projects involving nuclear and research facilities, decommissioning and radioactive waste management. He transferred to the USA in 1998 to take responsibility for the establishment and management of the Advanced Process Systems engineering and operations teams.

Brian Beley, Vice President, Energy, Utilities and Industry - beley@nuvisioneng.com
Brian has over 20 years experience successfully working and managing organizations in the energy and telecommunications industries. Brian joined NuVision Engineering, Inc. during 2002 as the Vice President of the Energy, Utilities and Industry business. His responsibilities include the management, sales, business development operations and delivery of NuVision Engineering's robotics, decontamination, non-destructive examination and mechanical stress improvement products.
Prior to joining NuVision Engineering, Inc. he worked at Marconi communications, leading their Enterprise client business development initiatives and North America eBusiness implementations. Previous to that he worked 17 years at Westinghouse, holding various positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales, account management, operations and business development for process control, computer, automation electronics, and nuclear application products.

Robert Mullens has been a member of the NuVision Engineering team for 10 years. He currently holds the position of Vice President, Field Services. Robert has a good working knowledge of nuclear quality standards and has completed many projects under the NuVision Engineering nuclear QA program. Robert is also responsible for the multi-million dollar nuclear decontamination business at NuVision Engineering, Inc. and maintains overall operations responsibility for a patented engineering and service business mitigating stress corrosion cracking in commercial power plant piping systems. Robert is responsible for overall operations and budgets for business segments, which include Robotics, Decontamination, Mechanical Stress Improvement, and Non-Destructive Examination. He also manages the technical staff and acts as Project Manager on select projects.
Robert earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science in 1978 from SUNY Syracuse in New York where he graduated Cum Laude; and he earned his Associate of Science degree in Chemistry from Nassau Community College in New York in 1976.
Robert has been listed as a member of the National Register's Who's Who In Executive and Professionals in 2002 and 2003. He was listed as a member of Strathmore's Who's Who in 2001 and 2002. He is also a current member of ASME, ASTM and ASQ.
